ive been playing hades again lately (the first game) and its like. im sorry to hyperfocus on two characters who are barely a part of narrative and im ofc speaking about the fag duo, theseus and astarius but ohhh my god like. the concept of a hero slaying a monster and then in death he seeks the monster out bc all of his glory, all of his fame, all of his accomplishments stem from the slaying of said monster. so of course he loves the monster. he’d be nothing without the monster. and they’re together in death now. this goes so crazy but in reality those two are just like. mildly annoying bosses fghifgh my goooodddddd they were cooking here yet they did not realize …. the could not smell it ….
