Building a Mixel and TP Dinosaur Museum

January 13, 2015
Wyatt followed the instructions and built this Lego Mixel all by himself!  What a proud day!  It's pretty complicated too!  We were all way impressed!

Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum

I tried to capture the size of the dinosaurs.  It's hard to get it all in one picture though!

Thanksgiving Point Farm (twice), swimming, BYU Dinosaur Museum, Yogurt show off, Top 14 of 2014 party, and Thomasville

January 6, 2015
We had a fun time at the farm at Thanksgiving Point.  We sure love that place!
They have a fun indoor kids area.  It's nice to get warm for a minute too.

Check out all those ducks!!

Becca's pool, where Wyatt does swimming lessons with Pam Young.
 Yea for swimming!!!
I'll admit I was a little nervous swimming with 2 kids and just me.  It went great!  Colter and Wyatt are very timid.  So Colt just wanted to stay in the warmer area "hot tub", Wyatt was back and forth.  But he just wanted to swim with the pool noodle the whole time.  We had fun swimming together and chilling in the "hot tub".
Becca was so nice to let us come swim while swimming lessons weren't in session.

We love the BYU Dinosaur Museum.

Another one of our fun free places to go.

These boys are such sweet little brothers.  They love each other so much!  It's the sweetest thing to see how they care for each other and want to be with each other.  I hope it stays that way forever.  Don't get me wrong, they fight too.  They are siblings, and that's what all siblings do.  But for the most part they want to make each other happy and be with each other.
 My sweet cutie pies!
Colter's smiles in these pictures are just too cute!  I can't just choose the best one!

Little show off!!!
Colter thought he was so funny and put yogurt all over his face.  Silly kid!

"Yogurt on head!"  He's pointing to it. (And boy, does he love yogurt!)

Thanksgiving Point's Farm
The kids love riding the ponies.

 Ride em' cowboy!
Wyatt always picks the biggest horse.  He got bit after.  That horse is mean!

Then we got to milk the cows!

First time for us all!  Except Zach, he's a pro!

 Good job family!
 Goat time!

 Crazy eyed goats!

We got to feed the horses too!

The play area.
After we got ice cream for the boys.  We had such a good time!
It was so nice to be with Zach too!  That hardly ever happens!
Then...

I rushed home for my Top 14 of 2014 party.  I didn't get a good showing.  So bummed!  It was a busy night for everyone.  Jenn, my sister, was telling me that's just the way it is in Utah.  People don't go out of there way to go to stuff.  They are busy with family things and that kind of stuff just isn't as important.  I felt like I had such a good group of friends in Kansas and we would go to EVERYTHING!  We were so involved, as was everyone else.  I LOVED that!  But I have noticed the slackerish attitude here in Utah.  LAME!!!!!  Or maybe everyone's so busy one more thing will just put them over the top.  Either way, LAME!
But we still had a wonderful time!
I didn't get a group picture but remembered as my friend Lacey and I were leaving.  I've been friends with her since we were in 1st grade!  Crazy right!?  It's so nice to have a friend you've basically known your whole life.  We just laughed and laughed the whole time.  It was great.  Gotta love those friends.

We went to Thomasville!

The Thomas's (Jeff, our brother-in-law's, parents house) invited everyone in the ward over for cookies and a tour of their decked out Christmas decorated house and their train set up called "Thomasville".  It's amazing!  I wish you could see all the little details in the little tiny houses.  It was pretty awesome!  It's so cozy too.  I think I'd just hang out down there listening to Christmas music with the lights low.  So so cozy.
