The incredibly talented @sokadrawws drew for me such an incredibly beautiful portrait of the incredibly awesome CT-9902, better known as Tech. I miss this brilliant boy every day, but most likely, thanks to the wonderful artist, I will do it a little less often) If anyone liked it, contact the author, give her well-deserved compliments, or better yet, order a commission.

My apologies for all the consecutive Jod posts, it probably will not stop for a bit though as he has been rotating around inside my brain ever since I finished watching Skeleton Crew and admittedly I think a few of my OCs are tired of him being there.

I’ve also been obsessed with his character. Mostly because I’ve been fixated on the one thing I think his character is missing: a wife. And I don’t mean like some sort of loyal woman who makes him vulnerable to emotions, etc. I mean in a Mark Spector/Layla way. Where she is someone he can fall back on, but doesn’t—someone who likes/loves/trust him, but doesn’t put up with his treasure obession all the time.

There is a certain dynamic I have in mind, in which there is love, resentment, and a shared sense of duty as pirates. It can stem from their tumultuous pasts, too.

Anyway, that’s my OC concept. I’ve named her Circe Ebon.
