Thankfully, Bai He’s okay! She’s with the Monkie Kid group because Lady Bone Demon knew the strain on Bai He’s body would probably kill her. Of course, LBD didn’t care about that, but recovering your powers from a dead vessel is far harder than just unpossessing an alive one! :]

Short description: Lego Monkie Kid Fancomic Normal description: Macaque is holding his head as a sudden headache overcomes him.

A little firefly flies up to him arm telling Mac about the past and the little prohphet he always tried and always failed to be.

It continues, asking Macaque for what he will decide on this time. Macaque still seems a bit disoriented, and mentally in the past.

Another firefly swoops in, asking Macaque if he remembers the good times before *her*.' Macaque, as if he wasn't confused enough already just retorts, bewildered, "good times before who exactly???"

A different firefly tries to clear it up by saying that this is about the past before Lady Bone Demon controlling him. But of course Macaque focuses on the wrong words in that sentence and tells the firefly that he wouldn't call her Grace controlling.

Finally, the little allays manage to stir him towards the right direction by questioning him on the good memories of his past, but not before calling him pretty. Macaque's face gets adorned with a little smile when he tries to think of his favorite one.

The Warrior starts with, "Oh, well if we're talking about the way-back-when...."

Macaque reminisces about past memories and how his favorite ones were the ones with Wukong and Flower Fruit Mountain in it. The memories before all the wars and chaos,

Once he is done talking about the past, Mac gains a small blush on his face due to one of the fireflies calling him pretty earlier.

Quick ALT: A stylized LMK fancomic where Sun Wukong is hit by an arrow to the chest. The Six-Eared Macaque panics as the mostly unbothered Wukong rips the arrow out. Macaque then quickly approaches the injured monkey who faintly smiles in appreciation for his friend's concern. Although at the next second, Macaque had already ripped Wukong's clothes to check the wound as soon as possible. Both are in shock. Wukong heals fast, so his chest was intact and fine. Macaque realizes this a bit too late and was staring at Wukong's bare chest. Cut to: The ginger pulls Macaque up in the air by his cape for destroying his clothes, as Macaque pleaded that it was because of his panic.

listen, I know the paneling is confusing but it doesn't matter. what's important are wukong pillows™

Short description: Lego Monkie Kid Comic about an AU where both Mac and Wukong are trapped under the mountain. Long description: After Wukong and Macaque got freed by Tang Sanzang, he put two fillets on both. Not knowing what they did Wukong, confidently boasts, "Can you believe this mortal? As if some fancy crowns could ever stop us!" Macaque, on the other hand, isn't too sure about these fillets just being simply jewelry, "I don't know Wukong, maybe we should-", but he gets cut off by Wukong already walking towards the monk.

Wukong threatens Tang Sanzang, "But you're just on time, little human. It's been way too long since I've had the pleasure of bashing someone's skull in." Mac tries to warn him that something else is going on, "Wukong wait--"

The monk, stone faced, responds, "You won't like what happens next should you come closer." Wukong doesn't take him seriously, "Is that a challenge? Well if you insist-". His words get interrupted by screaming.

The King turns around, yelling Macaque's name. Meanwhile the monk seems indifferent about the situation.

Wukong rushes towards Mac as he collapses in pain to the ground, screaming, "It hurts, it hurts, it hurts!!"

The Warrior begs Wukong, "Make it stop! Make it Stop! Wukong--" Yet, the King can do nothing but crouch in front of Mac, promising him that it's going to be alright and he's here.

That's when the monk chimes in again, "I can stop it, if you promise to behave."

Wukong, clearly frustrated and worried relents, "Fuck fine! Just help him already!!" Macaque is, by now, in Wukong's arms, trembling heavily.

Tang Sanzang shows no emotion as he turns the fillet off. Leaving Macaque half-conscious in Wukong's arms while the King can do nothing but stare at the monk with pure hatred.

A small comic that is heavily inspired by @radiobugso’s posts (specifically these two posts!) where Mac and Wukong, both, got imprisoned under the mountain and therefore both do the JTTW!

The comic, specifically, is about brainrot on what maybe could have happened after the two gay monkeys got freed from under the mountain and got their shiny new “crowns”!

Also I just really like drawing Tang Sanzang as a b@stard (sm Angst potential) >:]

Would you ever write the bitter sweet ending for the ex nemesis story?

Maybe! I have no idea as of right now, but maybe I will at some point!

What was that cave’s problem anyway?

Oh, it hates violence of any kind, and people who typically seek out the relic only do so to weaken their enemies before eliminating them.

The cave/Guardian of the relic uses it to make violent individuals (or people who were searching for said relic, because of the power. Just as they thought Mac was) tame and tunnel-visioned on love. This line here explains it pretty well, I think:
“He knew the voice’s goal after all, it hated violence more than anything and the relic they guarded would make sure the afflicted would be interested in nothing else but the predetermined target, which just so happens to be Macaque for the King.”
