Snowboard Injury Prevention on Instagram: "Winter has OFFICIALLY arrived over at Mt. Bachelor with a recent 20”+ in 7 days and double digits predicted over the next few. We wanted to try something a little different with a spicy “workout of the day” routine for you. It’s still very beneficial to continue strength training in season even if it’s less often. Lets count those on mountain days as a training day and leave these gym sessions for their own time. Todays workout includes practicing pressure along the width/ length of a snowboard. We approach lower extremity strength/ endurance/ mobility in multiple planes as well as shoulder stability. Lastly, we attack power/ explosiveness utilized on a snowboard.Here goes nothing ⬇️. WORKOUT: Goal: 2-4 sets (circuit)
