先日、大阪の天王寺区が「天王寺区広報デザイナーを募集」したことが、Twitterなどでちょっとした騒ぎになった。 http://www.city.osaka.lg.jp/hodoshiryo/tennoji/0000204704.html ポスター、フライヤー、Webのデザイン、アドバイスをプロアマ問わずに募る、という物だが、これが「無報酬」ということで、あちこちから批判が相次いだのだ。 ぼくの仕事であるイラストの世界でも、なかなか対価を理解してもらえないことがある。 ちゃんとした出版社、代理店ならなんら問題もないが、たまにベンチャー系の企業などからケタ違いに低い条件でのオファーが来ることがある。そういう場合、相場とその理由を丁寧にご説明し、丁重にお断りするのだが、今度はそのケタ違いに低い条件で「学生を紹介してほしい」なんてことを言われ、これも丁寧にお断りする。 デザインの世界でも同様のよ
