Bio
I only mark when I start and finish a game if I'm playing it on Steam, I can't be fucked to logged every single time I attempt to play something and then close the game after 5 minutes because I'm in ADHD hell. Sometimes I'll fully journal something if I'm feeling inspired to play that game specifically.

Played this every waking hour till 100% completion since it launched. I can understand why people might not like this game, low consequences, loose plot, but like I don't care man it was just plain fun and while this isn't an Excuse per-say, they do even acknowledge how it can have holes poked through it and just try not to care. I personally did not care because I had a damn blast with this game, part of it is probably because I'm one of those girls who'd let Majima do anything to her, but regardless this will probably stay as one of my favorite Yakuza games just from a fun standpoint, but not from a serious story aspect that I also play Yakuza games for.

The best game I can compare this to is Five NIghts at Freddy's 3, specifically 3. It's...serviceable, if you like "keep evil guy away from you while staying in the same place" horror game loops then you'll probably enjoy it.

Drug Dealer Simulator is a perfect game to watch YouTube too. Generally pretty lacking once you've played for more than 5 hours, but if you want to do a simple delivery gameplay loop to get absolutely blasted to and just run around with a podcast playing for 50 hours and more to get completion this fits the bill. The sequel is also very good, and if you want something Different yet similar check out Scarface: The World Is Yours, it also might fit the bill of what you look for with this game.
