The production is very clean and sharp, bringing out the vocals and guitars to the forefront. The typical 80's sound is prominent in the verses where the clean guitar reigns. Raging Metal is set for the bridge, connecting with a melodic, harmonized chorus where Dan opts for high-pitched screams.

Debut album by Cursed Slaughter. This release combines thrash metal with certain aesthetics of eighties hardcore while not sacrificing heaviness, similar to bands like Suicidal Tendencies from that period of time, and the mixture works without any major problems. Nothing groundbreaking, but hell of a fun listen.

2nd album by Arkham Witch. The high quality of the artwork perfectly fits with the Lovecraftian horror-concept around which the band revolves. Musically this album treads an interesting combination of traditional heavy metal, NWOBHM and some late seventies inspired doom metal too. The tracks are riff based and generally heavy as hell, but with a great mid-paced organic groove.
