In 12 oz of water: 1 tablespoon baking soda, 2 pinches of sea salt, and L-arginine powder(optional for more nitric oxide)

Before you consume this preworkout drink have approximately 2-3 tablespoons of honey to make sure your muscle are full of glycogen.

This is the best pre-workout stack in my opinion as it gets you insanely vascular while also pulls the maximum amount of water to the muscles.
