In 12 oz of water: 1 tablespoon baking soda, 2 pinches of sea salt, and L-arginine powder(optional for more nitric oxide)

Before you consume this preworkout drink have approximately 2-3 tablespoons of honey to make sure your muscle are full of glycogen.

This is the best pre-workout stack in my opinion as it gets you insanely vascular while also pulls the maximum amount of water to the muscles.

This preworkout bomb is jam-packed with nourishment to give our bodies extra energy & endurance! Makes such a big difference in my workouts 💪🏋️‍♀️

Ingredients:
- Coconut butter 
- Raw honey 
- Mineral salt 
- optional: matcha 🍵 (I like making my coconut matcha!)

Recipe: just get a spoonful or tbsp filled with half coco butter half raw honey, top with salt and enjoy! Also so good blended into the matcha if that’s what you prefer 🤌
