Ingredients:

For Baklava Nests:
375g filo pastry
1/2 cup pistachios, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons pistachio spread, melt in microwave 
2 chopsticks

For Sugar Syrup:
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rose water

Method:

For Baklava Nests:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan and set aside.

2. Lay out one sheet of filo pastry and drizzle the butter and pistachio spread on the filo sheet. Fold the sheet in half, then drizzle or brush more butter over it and sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.

4. Place two chopsticks in the center of the pastry sheet. Fold again but this time over the chop sticks and brush on more butter. 

5. Roll the filo pastry ar Pistachio Spread, Crushed Pistachios, Pistachio Baklava, Chop Sticks, Filo Pastry, Pastry Sheets, Sugar Syrup, Caster Sugar, Baking Pan
