A little reminder that's helped me in overwhelming moments. TIPP technique = Tip your body chemistry - 1 change your body temperature - 2 intense exercise - 3 paced breathing - 4 progressive muscle relaxation. TIPP is to help us care for ourselves in crisis situations.
