Try mixing US cranberries pulp into curd for a tart and nutritious flavor boost. & make the vada in an Appe pan for a lighter, less oily version -  a few drops of oil needed instead of deep frying. You cut down on unnecessary fats and calories. These changes not only make this classic dish healthier, but also add a delicious twist to your dahi vada experience.  Recipe- - Take 1 cup yellow moong dal & 1/4 cup urad dal, wash nicely and soak for 4 hours - Grind this soaked dal with ginger, green chilie, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida  and  some water - Make sure batter should be thick and not runny - Now ad Dahi Vada Recipe, Cranberry Curd, Dahi Vada, Food Magic, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Green Chutney, Black Salt, Deep Fry
