One quick exercise can help to activate the inner thigh muscles which are usually fairly tight in those with hip osteoarthritis and/or stiff hips ☝🏽

This exercise can also help to promote blood flow and help to flush out some of the inflammation and stiffness from the night 🦵🏽

Squeeze the pillow at about 50% effort- until you feel the inner thigh muscles activate. 

8-15 repetitions may be a great place to start depending on how it feels for you ☝🏽

Gentle movement can work wonders in the morning!
