For example, vitamins like vitamin D, vitamin C and B vitamins along with medication’s that treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) should be taken in the morning. Those medications used to treat hepatitis B, cholesterol medication’s and supplements like magnesium glycinate, chamomile, valerian root, melatonin should be taken at night.
