RECIPE👇 INGREDIENTS (serves 4) - 500g pork mince - 600ml chicken stock - 250ml coconut milk or soy milk - 1 tbsp peanut butter - 1 tsp chilli oil - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1 tsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp miso paste - Ramen noodles - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tbsp chilli soy bean paste Optional - Eggs - Spring onions - Pak choi METHOD - In a pot add the peanut butter, chilli oil, soy sauce, miso and rice vinegar, turn on the heat and add the chicken stock and coconut milk.
