Superset w/ Single Leg ext 3x10-12 each leg
Heels elevated back squat 3x10
Static lunge Goblet KB or DB 3x10 each leg
TRX Sissy squat  3x12-15 (or use this as your warm up movement!)
Overhead plate sissy squat  3x10

So when it comes to hamstrings glutes and calves they're completely left in the dust.-For a solid approach to leg day take this post into account.
