Paul Saintilan
Dr Paul Saintilan has extensive experience in the music industry, in both commercial and non-profit organisations, in Australia and internationally. He has held senior positions with EMI Music, Universal Music, Music Australia, Musica Viva Australia, and music education organisations. Paul started as a composer, a student of Peter Sculthorpe’s, and his formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Music Hons degree (Sydney), an MBA degree (AGSM) and a PhD (Deakin University). He has served as Dean and then CEO/Managing Director of the Australian College of Arts ('Collarts'). He has published two books: the Routledge textbook Managing Organizations in the Creative Economy: Organizational Behaviour for the Cultural Sector (2nd edition published in 2023) and edited Music Australia's book Musicians & Addiction: Research and Recovery Stories.
