So get cooking & let me know how you liked it.  Grind 2 tbsp Raw Peanuts, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Sugar, Green Chillies & a small piece of ginger into a coarse powder.  Add in 4-5 Curry Leaves, 4 Spinach Leaves, Handful of Coriander (make sure it is freshly washed & not chopped), Lemon Juice, 4-5 ice cubes & blend. Do not add any water.   Lastly, add in the salt, mix well, and store for up to 5 days in an air-tight container. (Do not blend after adding salt, just mix gently, and this step ensures the green colour is retained when stored)  ** For Jain version, skip ginger & spinach leaves and follow the Peanut Chutney, Breakfast Recipes Kids, Raw Peanuts, Green Chutney, Cumin Seeds, Spinach Leaves, Chutney Recipes, Curry Leaves, Ice Cubes
