I love these warm straight out of the oven by themselves, but of course they pair well with beef or cheesy beef patties.

INGREDIENTS:
3.5 cups all-purpose or bread flour
1.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup warm coconut milk (may need 1/4 cup more if using bread flour)
2 1/4 tsp (1 pkt) dry yeast
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter (divided)
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 6-8 coco bread.

NOTES: 
- I determined all measurements starting by researching how much flour gets the best rise with one packet of yeast. From there, I knew just about how much salt and liquid (coconut milk) I would need.
