GUYS I DID IT OMG!

Thank you, everyone who allowed me to take their Kallamar and butcher them mercilessly into this painting.
It has been AMAZING to discover how different one character could be interpreted and how each of you made them your very own!

I would have liked to give everyone good space, but I found that fitting 22 of them in, including mine, was a challenge!🤣💙 Maybe I bit more than I could chew.

I really hope I did justice to your Kallamar. I tried to be as accurate as I could, and the colour was picked straight from the reference! (Some were B&W, so I hope I gave them a decent one)

As promised, they are all dressed as Plague Doctors in honour of the new fanfic I am working on, The Plague Doctor's Mask, which has our favourite squid as the focus.

I am not a spider expert, so please correct me if I am wrong, but only females nom their partner.
Being Shamura, non-binary and the god of war, how about a little compromise?

Oh well, I’m not a spider expert, but I was wondering about all of this some time ago (adding to the fact that I have a pet spider). So. Female spiders don’t always eat male ones, it mostly depends on their mood(these fellas have a HUGE range of personalities), and hostility. Sounds not too bad, but these two criteria also make a female spider eat a male BEFORE mating, either because they thought they were weak, or… Just because, for fun? BUT. It’s all from pure instincts, it’s hard for spiders to survive, and they don’t mate for life, they’re like… One-night stand fellas, but it’s not like they can do anything different. A lot of spiders have bad eyesight, they can’t smell and their hearing depends purely on surface vibrations, so they just CAN’T remember their mate. If speaking about the CoTL universe, I headcanon that all creatures still have something reminiscent of ‘instincts’, but they can suppress them, soo… Back about Shamura. Maybe, if they’re really hungry after sex (if they were a receiving end), they might have a thought about eating their partner… But will they do it or not… Hehehee

The Plague Doctor's Mask

As his siblings before him, Kallamar suddenly found himself out of Purgatory and back into the world at the mercy of the one who killed him.
Completely deaf, fragile and mortal, he has to decide how this new story will play out.
To live in fear, cowering behind the heavy shadows of his siblings or to dare being the pillar that holds their fragile bonds together.
Whatever his moves might be, there are many pieces on this chessboard he must watch out for.
