Hannah Zimmermann on Instagram: "A Mouse Lives in a Little Whole - movement activity I’ve just discovered this song by Lynn Kleiner this year and absolutely love it! In kindergarten, we do a lot with movement exploration and a lot of animal themed days - so this is a perfect addition. The movement in this video was largely inspired by ThatMusicMakers on YouTube. Hannah Zimmermann on Instagram: "Snail, Snail - parachute activity 🙌🏻 The kids love this so much that we usually do this in kinder and 1st, but here I even pulled it out for 2nd! I use this to either prep so and mi or prep la. It’s also great for quarter notes and eighth notes OR to have a discussion about tempo. As we learn this song, I like to have the students move around the room like a slow snail. Then I will ask them what other slow animals there are? We’ll act those out too, and before you know it - the kids are writing their own lyrics. Talk about getting your bang for your buck in a song 💰 #elementarymusiceducation #elementarymusic #elementarymusicteacher #elementarymusicrocks #iteachmusic #fisdfineartsleads #fisdelevate #musiced #musiceducation #musiceducationmatters #musicte Music And Movement For Preschoolers, Moving Activities For Preschoolers, Snail Activity For Preschool, Snail Preschool Activities, Parachute Activities For Preschool, Parachute Songs For Preschool, Creative Movement Activities For Kids, Parachute Games For Preschoolers, Animals Day Activities For Kids
