Lis Lam on Instagram: "Yes, you can make Gyeran Jjim or Korean steamed eggs without a clay pot! It’s actually pretty much the same lol Keep in mind: stainless steel doesn’t retain heat as well as a clay pot. That means the cooking process will be faster but the eggs will deflate faster too! As always, add the seasonings to your liking. I’m always changing things up but I really enjoyed this version: Ingredients: (2 servings) -5 large eggs -1 tsp salted shrimp -1 green onion -pinch Gochukaru -3/4 cup water or dashi stock Instructions: ✨Mix ingredients very well until there’s no clumps ✨Heat up your smallest stainless steel pot on medium high heat ✨Add egg mixture ✨Stir egg mixture until large curds form ✨Cover and lower heat to low ✨Steam until eggs are puffy and cooked throug Korean Steamed Egg Recipes, Korean Steam Egg Recipe, Korean Steamed Eggs, Steam Egg Recipe, Korean Steamed Egg, Steam Egg, Salted Shrimp, Dashi Stock, Egg Tofu
