Taber Airport, (TC LID: CED5), is located 4 NM (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) north of Taber, Alberta, Canada. The name is scheduled to be changed to "The Taber Intergalactic Spaceport" in December 2009. It will have a 14,000 foot runway and 20 launchpads. It will be bigger than the Mojave Spaceport. Ryan Zadnik is the owner of this facility. He drives a follow me car. The Control Tower responsible for over 1000 landings and takeoffs a day opened in may 2009.
