The information about William E Dykes shooting is a fact. I have legal court papers to prove it....they are covering it up. This was my dad Nolakris (talk) 16:25, 13 January 2016 (UTC)
- With all due respect, this is the kind of incident that really needs to have sources to be included. This is an allegation that carries a heavy amount of weight, even with the person involved now deceased. Unless you can give sources that this event occurred, it can't be on the article. Superbowl Halftime Shows
RickinBaltimore, you undid my edit to the superbowl halftime shows page because it was "not constructive". All I did was remove Tina Turner from the performers section of superbowl XXXIV because she did not perform in the halftime show of Superbowl XXXIV. Phil Collins, Enrique Egasias, Christina Agulera and Toni Braxton performed there. But not Tina Turner. So I'm not sure how my edit was not constructive. Pleasse advise.

Speedy deletion nomination of Rhode Island Rebellion (rugby league)
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rhode Island Rebellion (rugby league), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Well excuse me for trying to stop people from vandalizing, do you really believe that telling them to stop nicely will make them stop? You have to show them you're serious or eles they won't take you serious, that's how it is in the real world. P.S. It's not really "attacking" if I don't use my fist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.214.94.65 (talk) 21:14, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
- There are ways of handling vandalism on Wikipedia civilly as seen here: WP:VAN, WP:INSULT. Calling people "dick sucking fanboys" is a blatant personal attack and NEVER should be used to notify a user of a vandal edit. RickinBaltimore (talk) 21:19, 18 February 2016 (UTC)
- Even if it was true, deserved and heartfelt. WP:Trolls and Wikipedia:Deny recognition should guide your responses. Wikipedia:Do not insult the vandals. They want recognition. Extinction is recommended by therapists. Wikipedia is a rat lab; Dr. Skinner had an answer. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 21:34, 18 February 2016 (UTC)

February 2016
Hello RickinBaltimore. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know, however, that you shouldn't tag pages as lacking context (CSD A1), content (CSD A3), or significance (CSD A7) moments after they are created, as you did at Chander nath mishra. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Tagging such pages in a very short space of time may drive away well-meaning contributors, which is not good for Wikipedia. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. Thanks. Adam9007 (talk) 22:19, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
- I understand that, but this was an authbiographical article. It was purely promotional and was deleted soon after. I probably should have used CSD A7 instead for a non-notable person instead of little to no content. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:28, 23 February 2016 (UTC)
- You did use A7, but the point is you tagged it less than 2 minutes after its creation, and it was clearly nowhere near finished. Adam9007 (talk) 21:59, 23 February 2016 (UTC)
- Understandable however, it was a case where it was clearly a promotional/autobiographical article. It popped up in the new page feed, I reviewed at and noted it wasn't notable at all. However, I'll try to be more mindful in the future in case I happen to mistag (which I'm human, it'll happen!), so thanks for looking out, it's appreciated! RickinBaltimore (talk) 22:04, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

RickinBaltimore): Is there a Wikipedia solution to this absurdity? [1], --Blue Indigo (talk) 15:59, 23 February 2016 (UTC)
- I wish I had an answer for you, but I don't have a direct one. I wouldn't try to take it personal, though I can obviously see why you would. If you see these edits, revert them, report the troll to the admins at WP:AIV and go from there. In this case, just try to ignore the troll. Hopefully they get tired of it and move on soon. Rest assured if I see this person keep it up, I'll revert and report. I'm not an admin, so i can't actually do the blocking however. RickinBaltimore (talk) 16:02, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for the revert but it was not needed. I restored it as I was in the middle of composing an answer at the time. These kids need teaching how the system works, so a proper answer was needed. Recent edits in Wikipedia
Hi Rick,
sorry for the recent editing on Wikipedia, but the IP address belongs to our school (George Salter Academy), so I guess some of our kids have edited Wikipedia. We have been banned before and frankly, if you want to block the ip address 80.193.248.94 that would be fine with us as we can't really control what our kids do on Wikipedia.
Best regards

- I'm not an admin so I can't make that call, however we will just monitor edits from the IP as always and if anything comes in vandal wise, it'll be handled the usual way. If it gets too much the IP would e blocked temporarily. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:08, 26 February 2016 (UTC)

- can i remove my discussion page?--Mario Maraschi (talk) 18:52, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
A number of important matters may not be removed by the user—they are part of the wider community's processes:
Declined unblock requests regarding a currently active block and confirmed sockpuppetry related notices. Miscellany for deletion tags (while the discussion is in progress). Speedy deletion tags and requests for uninvolved administrator help (an administrator will quickly determine if these are valid or not; use the link embedded in the notice to object and post a comment, do not just remove the tag). For IP editors, templates and notes left to indicate other users share the same IP address and/or to whom the IP is registered, although very old content may be removed.
So yes, you can remove warnings, and other discussions from your talk page. You can archive these (which is preferred), or clear the page itself. RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:54, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
- oh thanks, I apologize for the inconvenience--Mario Maraschi (talk) 18:59, 15 March 2016 (UTC)

Deleting
Y'all deleted a page because you said it was not a notable person. But just because YOU don't know who he is doesn't mean he isn't notable. He is very well known and a person of importance here in Texas. And known in other states as well as a professional Bmx rider. I would like it if you put his page back Yb element (talk) 19:49, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
- If he is as important as you claim, you MUST have independent reliable sources to show this. Just saying he's a well known BMX rider isn't enough. Has he been covered in the papers, or news anywhere? Can you show where he meets WP:BIO? RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:59, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Mount Fuji
Rick, Admiration for your efforts to improve the quality of many pages on en:Wikipedia. Mount Fuji is a heavily trafficked page and your recent anti vandalism work is greatly appreciated. Question: Do recent additions / article links in the intro para on Nichiren Buddhism on the Mount Fuji page constitute "product placement"? Or is this unconscious bias on my part? (I'm in need a third party sanity check). The Taisekiji temple must be a fine place, arguably deserves a line in the Mount Fuji history para, but has no UNESCO link or obvious connection with the mountain other than a shared geography. Wikipedia has a decent self correction function and ability to weed out editorial bias over time, but is there a more productive way to highlight / accelerate this process without causing an edit war? Aw1805 (talk) 02:05, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for reaching out to me on this. I read it over a few times, and it doesn't look like it's promotional to my eyes. It's neutral and it's basically stating a fact that the home of this sect of Buddhism (which has it's own page) is located. So for me, I'd leave it. RickinBaltimore (talk) 12:17, 7 April 2016 (UTC)

Promotion?
What entity do you think Homework Fair is trying to promote? To be sure, the article is a pure WP:ESSAY and has no place on Wikipedia, but I don't think it qualifies under WP:CSD#G11. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:20, 12 April 2016 (UTC)
- @WikiDan61, the last section clinched the promotional part for me:
"What should you do for child homework in critical ways?
You also might try a local homework help line, which you can find easily on the web. These services are typically staffed by teachers, older students, and other experts in school subjects. You can also use the Internet to visit online homework help sites. These sites can direct you to good sources for research and offer tips and guidance about many academic subjects. As a physics tutor, Homeworkfair.com focus heavily on showing students how to make drawings of their physics problems and Homeworkfair.cominsist that they try this themselves. Homeworkfair.comprovides tutoring and online homework help in physics.Homeworkfair.com are also giving quite a bit of help to students who are taking online chemistry tutor who need complicated material clarified and cannot get that from the website such as Homeworkfair.com. This can be done through email, or chat. Homeworkfair.com has expert certified tutors for O level, Alevel, Accounting tutors.Homeworkfair.com provides some categories to homework help and on Homeworkfair.com."
That to me is over the top promotion right there. The whole page reads like an ad for the site and the services they offer. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:21, 12 April 2016 (UTC)
- I retract. I see that the article is purely promoting homeworkfair.com. (Because the author didn't properly link his site, I didn't immediately recognize the promotion.) Apologies! WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:23, 12 April 2016 (UTC)

- It's already tagged for an article for deletion discussion, there's not a reason to add a CSD tag to it. Additionally the edit you made changed the text of the article drastically, which was vandalism. RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:29, 20 May 2016 (UTC)

- Thanks Samtar, and I'd agree. While you might feel it is an article to be deleted, it's definitely WAY past the time for a CSD (and was nominated for an Afd 10 years ago it looks like). Additionally, it appears that it was nominated for a Good Article at one time. If you feel it still needs deletion, take it to AfD, and follow what Samtar said on your page. To RickinBaltimore- could not seem to message you direct good sir, so I guess this is the only way to talk to you...
I understand that my edit was poorly sourced, however, where most of the "facts" on the page from which you deleted my edit were sourced from makes no difference. We all know that when it comes to certain subjects, wiki is a more reliable source of info than many of the corporate news farces... so in lies the problem I suppoze. Could you please inform me of the exact reasons (other than being poorly sourced) for ur deletion? And did you receive a complaint? How did it work? Just curious, thank you- Mr. M Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 17:41, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- What was written was nothing but conspiracy theory and a rant about hw Reid was a "patsy" for the U.S. Government. Wikipedia is not to be used for tin-foil hat theories such as this. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:43, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
That is more insult than actual imformation, I do not appreciate your indignant disrespect and if you ever talk to me like that again you will be reported for your extremely unprofessional misconduct. Mr M Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 17:59, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- INformation. Do you copy, RickinBaltimore? Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 18:03, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- I'm not insulting you, rather stating the facts. There was nothing documented, sourced, or factual in your edit. This was POV-editing, and expresses a conspiracy theory. This also was on BLP page, which have rules on what content should be published on it here. RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:06, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
You absolutely did insult me as well as everyone else who shares a similar opinion of what is really going on in our world- "tin-foil hat" is not simply an insult but a trivialization of my entire world view, a view that is shared with an ever increasing number of people. I made my first edit as an experiment in the interest of jumping in the water feet first, and in hopes that I would glean some useful information and maybe even partake in some constructive discourse, not swap insults or trade demeaning accusations. I sincerely hope you will one day be able to see what so many of your fellow free thinkers have come to discover, only once you force yourself to face the uncomfortable truth is it possible to dicern facts from fiction mascarading as history. I wish you well, thank you for your consideration. Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 10:31, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
I have to add that some of the accusations in the warning you gave me I completely understand, like poor (no) sourcing and pov editing, however I find it EXTREMELY difficult to swallow that anyone could POSSIBLY read a statement proclaiming that a man is falsely imprisoned for what he is accused of doing and the only thing he is guilty of is being used by the United States government as a patsy to be an inflammatory statement. And if you meant that the U.S. gov. was the alleged subject of said inflammatory comment I would have to argue that to be an inaccurate use of the adjective "inflammatory". Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 11:07, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
- You can believe whatever you want. Wikipedia is not the site however to put your conspiracy theory into an article because you feel it is "the truth". RickinBaltimore (talk) 11:15, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
I understand. I knew that the edit I was making would be struck, but after doing a bit of reading on Wiki's policies as well as its editing process and procedure, looking back I probably should not have ran my experiment in the way nor in the forum in which I did. My grievance is the fact that you insulted me, sir, as well as anyone else who shares a similar worldview. The cause of injury was the derogatory language you used- "tin-foil hat". That being said I have also done a little reading on you. I'm looking forward to continuing my study and learning all that I can about the entire open source editing process, both from the site and from its more experienced users, including those like yourself. Cheers. Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 13:13, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
- I apologize for the "tin-foil hat" comment. That was a bit harsh on my part. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:16, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
Thank you, I appreciate and accept your apology. I know it may seem more or less benign to some, but "tin-foil hat" is an odious defamation to us truculent dissenters- struggling to maintain upstream modality against the thunderous bluster of the smash-mouth propaganda machine will enervate, perhaps such slander may not be so deleterious to those resigned to a more mainstream mentality. Anyways, thanks again. Cheers. Mr. Meemahcelpheneye (talk) 16:33, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
Content Recovery
Hello!
So my page was deleted because an admin considered it spam. I was wondering if it was at all possible to retrieve any of the content that was removed?
Thank you — Preceding unsigned comment added by Serra Docent (talk • contribs) 21:18, 23 June 2016 (UTC)

Am new in Wikipedia Wayne Carter jnr (talk) 20:19, 24 June 2016 (UTC)
You removed my edit?
I blanked the page Maty Noyes, as I was in the process of adding new information, and now I couldn't save the page and my time has been wasted. Please could you restore this edit? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikipediaeditperson (talk • contribs) 17:13, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- It's recommended that rather than just blanking the page (without an edit summary, which is needed), that you replace the page with the text you want. This is seen as vandalism, as it's a common tact by vandals. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:14, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
I did add the text that I wanted, but I blanked the page prior to this, as I was using the Visual editor and could only blank the page completely using the normal editor - I dont know how to add an edit summary. After you removed my edit, it wouldn't allow me to save the page and I would like to have the page that I made restored please. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikipediaeditperson (talk • contribs) 17:20, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- I've only seen 3 edits from you on the page, one was to remove the redirect to the song Stay [4], the other two just blanked the page with no other data [5], [6]. I'd love to help more but I don't see anything else there. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:22, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
I did make an edit, but it said I couldn't save and then removed my page, please could you restore this edit from before I saved it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikipediaeditperson (talk • contribs) 17:25, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- That's the thing, there's nothing to restore. The page is restore the way it was before your edits. There's no other data from you to restore it looks like. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:27, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
Thank you very much for wasting my time - I spent my time trying to make a contribution to Wikipedia just for you to delete my work. I do not feel that this is fair, as you didn't give me enough time to complete my edit before you blocked me from saving the page. This has lost all of my confidence in editing, as I am fearful that my time will be wasted. I do not think I will be editing again and I would like to give some advice to editore - BEWARE NEW EDITORS, THE ADMINISTRATORS MAY DELETE YOUR WORK BEFORE YOU HAVE COMPLETED IT, SO I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR TIME EDITING! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikipediaeditperson (talk • contribs) 17:32, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- I didn't block you from editing, in fact I ENCOURAGE you to edit the page! But you can't just blank the page right off bat though. I really want to help you out with this, but there isn't anything to replace. If there was of course I'd help you. The only edit I reverted from you was the blanking of the page. If you look at the edit, that's all that was done, there wasn't anything else added. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:35, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU LISTENED TO MY COMMENTS - I edited the page, and added sections to the page - far from removing the page, I added to it! However, before I had finished editing, I may have removed a section and replaced it with another. Instead of being PATIENT, you rush into blocking my edit and I cannot save the new, improved and more in detail page. This was unnecessary and completely wasted my time! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikipediaeditperson (talk • contribs) 17:38, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- I think there's the issue, what you believe was entered on the page, isn't what the edits showed. You haven't been blocked from editing the page, again I encourage you to go ahead and update it if you have the information there, in fact I'd be happy to help you. The thing is if you look at your edits, the ONLY thing that shows is that the page was deleted. If you had entered data, this would have shown on the page. None of the sections showed up, as you thought they did. I'm not accusing you of wrong at all, I really want to help you. Tell you what, can you put what you wanted to post here? That's your sandbox page and it's a great place to help get together what you want to put in an article. If you do that, I can advise you on how to move that into the article. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:43, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
- I saw you're working on it in your sandbox, that's great! Let me know if you would like any help or input. RickinBaltimore (talk) 15:24, 28 June 2016 (UTC)
Thank you, I have inserted it into the page ok now, thank you for showing me how to make edits and move it over once I have completed everything. Hi Rick, whenever you want a CU done in a case, whether it's in the beginning or later, you should change the status of the case to "CU". An explanation, as you did here, is welcome and should be in the body, but the status is a signal to both CheckUsers and clerks that a CU has been requested. Otherwise, we don't know unless we review the SPI for other reasons. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks and thanks for the report.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:01, 8 July 2016 (UTC)

Your user page says "This user is not a Wikipedia administrator but would like to be one someday". Have to be honest, after I saw your request at WP:RFPP, I thought you were one! I think I was on break when you ran the Optional Candidate Poll, but I agree with the sentiments there - I've done a quick tot up of your stats and you would be a good candidate for me to nominate except you don't have any substantial content contributions. Even a couple of 1500 character articles through DYK would be enough, or just improving anything in Category:Buildings and structures in Baltimore, Maryland would do. If you want any further advice, drop me a line and I'll see what I can think of. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 13:28, 8 July 2016 (UTC)

I've just had an idea of basically creating a "Content creation for dedicated vandal fighters" essay (or something with a humorous phrase like that), but here is how I would tackle Robert Long House:
- Assume you've got the "easy pickings" of online news sources, that will at least get you an article that will survive AfD.
- For a good article (not to be confused with a good article), you probably need to dive into books. This is where Google Books comes into its own; do a search for the article title, and see if you get anything that looks like it talks a lot about the topic, with a "Preview" button. For our example here, we've got a hit on Haunted Maryland: Dreadful Dwellings, Spine-Chilling Sites and Terrifying Tales. Sounds interesting, let's go and have a look it.
- Before you do anything else, click on "About this book" (you might find "open in new tab" to be useful here) and check to see if the publisher has a Wikipedia article. Any decent publisher will have something, and give you an idea of how much of a reliable source it is. Anything with a standard editorial board like any traditional publisher should be okay, while anything published by Lulu or iUniverse should be thrown out as it's a self-published source we can't use.
- Assume you've found a fact on the page you like - and in our example here, we've got "The house was set to be torn down in 1969, but the Society of the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fell's Point saved it". Well, we don't have the 1969 threat of closure in the article, so let's add it in ... I'd go with the fourth sentence myself. Write something that paraphrases the paragraph in the book without copying it - if you copy it verbatim and somebody spots it, you will get a pile-on oppose at RfA, so watch out!
- Now, having put the fact in, put in an inline citation to it. You need the
{{cite book}}
template, but most of the values in that template can be copypasted from Google Books - get the title, author, page number, publisher, year and the long ISBN whose first three numbers are 978. - Repeat steps 2 - 5 ad infinitum until you have exhausted every possible factoid in every source you can think of. As a rule of thumb, you probably want to be looking at about 10K of prose, maybe slightly less if the topic is a bit obscure (for example, see I turned Pentonville Road from this to this, which is not quite 10K, but still vastly expanded anyway).
- As well as books, there are other online sources you can look at - most city and state archives have documentation online, and it's free to download, so check for those. If a building's been up for sale or public auction, you might be able to find particulars about the property that outline the basic history of the place. Sometimes I can find what I call a "money source" - which is basically a condensed history of the topic you're writing that can be pretty much lifted wholesale into the article, provided you rewrite it in your own words.
- Have a break for about two days, read the article from top to bottom, and whenever you stop and find something looks a bit odd, change it so the prose flows a bit better. You can ask the guild of copyeditors for help, but to be honest I find if you know how to talk to vandals screaming their head off without losing your cool, you can probably describe something factually in a neutral tone as well. if you look at my contributions to articles, with about 10-20 edits all with an edit summary of "ce" (for "copyedit"), that's what I'm doing.
And that's it. You'll need to expand an article by 5 times within a week to get nominated for WP:DYK, which is about 3,000 bytes for Robert Long House by my calcuations. That should be a doable task within a week, and I think you should give it a go. Have a look at what I've said and see if it's of interest, and if it is, I'll work with you to get a DYK out of it. How does that sound? Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 14:10, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
- I'm going to read of this and start looking at it! I think this is something I really could do, most likely starting on Monday, though i can pick at it today. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:13, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
- Much to my chagrin, there just isn't a lot of material outside what I've referred to that I would consider a reliable source. Some articles sadly just don't get to grow up fully. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:25, 14 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Ritchie333: Pegging off this again, an essay to that effect would be pretty good -- samtar talk or stalk 14:15, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
- I've started the process of finding sources to expand the article. Through the week I'm going to add to it to expand it. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:03, 11 July 2016 (UTC)
- @Ritchie333: How about, "content creation for a hapless, lapsed ex-content creator who did a long stint in vandal/sock-fighting?" It's my autobiography. Also, Rick, while writing articles is amazing and rather difficult, I think expansion is highly underrated. A good bit of my work on content has been giving obscure, problematic articles a makeover (cite fixes, copy editing, rewriting). You could just click "random" and improve whatever comes up. Best of luck, GABgab 22:48, 11 July 2016 (UTC)

My edits were not opinion, except when they were a response to other opinions. The vast majority of my edits were factual (certainly not "counterfactual" as your edits allege). You are removing a cited quote from Hitler himself that affirms his gun control policy and its motivations, as well as quotes from Gandhi and John Locke, who both agree that tyrants such as Hitler are should be removed from power, through force if necessary, which requires the exercise of the right to bear arms, while you and Hitler are both aware of this, and you realize that this is the primary reason why Hitler prohibited all members of the so-called "subject races", the non-Germanic, non-Aryan peoples, the vast majority of humanity, from bearing arms. You have no right to silence all dissent on the basis of your opinion that all views and facts that contradict your imaginary reading of history are "counterfactual" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tempus Loquendi (talk • contribs) 20:47, 19 July 2016 (UTC)
- I'm not silencing dissent, however none of the edits actually had a source. This discussion should go on the article's talk page to determine how to include the information. I'm not against it, but it needs to be written more neutral and you have to add the actual sources. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:50, 19 July 2016 (UTC)

Hello. You're more experienced then me, so I wish for some advice on how to proceed with this.
This edit is questionable. It appears sourced, but I think it shouldn't be in the article at all. I'm not sure how to explain this to the user, Vampireking1988, other than it's unsourced, even though portions of it is. Help maybe? Also see the relevant discussion on my talk page; I do think this is just a good faith user and not a vandal. Thanks. JudgeRM (talk to me) 23:48, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
- JudgeRM You're absolutely right on that. He's a new editor trying to add that info to the article. Let me sleep on it, and I'll help him in the morning when I can think clearly. There's a lot that I'm not sure should even be in the article, or if it's even encyclopediac to be honest. A lot of it would be undue weight as it's one small, rather minor story that is taking up a large portion of the page. RickinBaltimore (talk) 01:22, 11 August 2016 (UTC)

Hello!
I have a question regard the deletion of the deletion article in the title. The creator has obviously written paragraphs to express their feelings. Is it possible to use the talk page of it of other discussions? Or a subsection? The page looks like a mess with the creator's comments. Callmemirela 🍁 {Talk} ♑ 20:37, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- I would agree to take. Having the first comments on the page makes sense, it's their reasoning for keeping the article, however the rest seem to be diatribes about "censorship". I always try to WP:AGF, however the moment the censorship term is tossed out I get a red flag. I'm hoping this is just a frustrated new editor. A number of editors, myself included have recommended they work on it in draft space, which is was in, however they themselves moved it out. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:40, 23 August 2016 (UTC)

I created PlaySlots4RealMoney.com as I felt the site similar to another facility having a page on Pagat.com. I have found other sources writing about this one. Could you please remove the speedy deletion tag that you have placed. I might have erred but it would be great if you could guide me about what is wrong. Anasuya.D (talk) 19:44, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
- The problem is there aren't any sources that are reliable to show how it meets WP:WEB. The links you gave are PR releases and cannot be seen as reliable at all. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:45, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
- To add about Pagat.com, that page is notable as it was mentioned in mutliple published books by a prominent author. This gives the site notability. If you can give some sources, independent of the site, that show this then I'll remove the tag. Right now however I don't see the site passing WP:WEB. Fixing CSD tag on Golam Robbani Nobel
Thanks for fixing my mis-tag, that's what happens when I try working before I have my first cup of coffee. Cheers! PGWG (talk) 13:12, 25 August 2016 (UTC)

Contest Against Deletion Of Afios Ventures
Afios Ventures Is A Notable Business Enterprise Like That Of Dangote. So I Think The Article Or Profile Should Not Be Deleted. Please Help Me To Fix The Mistakes I Made During It Creation — Preceding unsigned comment added by JOSEPH SEGILOLA (talk • contribs) 14:49, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
- You're going to need to have independent reliable sources to show how they are notable. That's one of the biggest keys for any article. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:55, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
I have given the EXACT reasons why those edits should be reversed and they all stand up to scrutiny unless FAKE,DELETED or DEAD accounts from obviously the same person are suddenly allowed as part of a new Wikipedia Pillar recently introduced...? Thin Gentile (talk) 19:17, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
- I can assure you that all of these accounts are neither dead, nor fake, nor socks of each other. You need to get consensus on the talk page for these edits as not just me but multipel other editors have revised these edits. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:18, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
THE THIN GENTILE REPLIES TO RICKINBALTIMORE
sorry if this ended up in the wrong section before so here it is again...
With reference to my last "undos"...
I have given the EXACT reasons why those edits should be reversed and they all stand up to scrutiny unless FAKE,DELETED or DEAD accounts from obviously the same person are suddenly allowed as part of a new Wikipedia Pillar recently introduced...?
Oh and I assume you will be quite as quick to revert any edits that come from YET ANOTHER LONG DEAD or DELETED PROFILE so such action is not needed by anyone least of all me...? Thin Gentile (talk) 19:23, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
- I'll repeat my reply again - I can assure you that all of these accounts are neither dead, nor fake, nor socks of each other. You need to get consensus on the talk page for these edits as not just me but multiple other editors have revised these edits. Again, seek consensus on the talk page for these edits.
