- Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates in elections they did not win — the notability test at WP:NPOL is holding a notable political office, not just running for one. But this makes no other claim that he has any preexisting notability for other reasons besides the candidacy, and is referenced solely to his own party's self-published list of its own candidates rather than any evidence that he has received enough reliable source coverage to claim a WP:GNG pass.
