-The 'd's sound a little bit too close to 't's.
-The 'l' in 'double' sounds like 'r'.
-The sound at the end of 'Americana' should be pronounced more like the 'a' in the word 'a.'

Its very simple: roast is also an adjective itself.
If you roasted a chicken, you would get a roast chicken, and indeed it would be roasted.
