➡️ Today I want to introduce you to an exercise, which I currently work with a lot in my classes and workshops. It’s a one directional movement loop, which includes a lot of helpful techniques and is mainly to create an understanding of flow and to explore the feeling of it. 

➡️ The goal in this exercise is, to build a steady flow throughout the whole movement sequence. Nothing faster, nothing slower. Pay attention and build awareness for every weight shift, every transition, every moving. I got inspired for this exercise by my Tai-Chi Master Rolf Weber from Frankfurt.
