negros, sea sera demasiado injusto. Y existira an ms la discriminacin.
I Have a Dream, Was a public speech by Martin Luther King, delivered on August
28, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial, during a civil rights march. The speech basically
said that he dreamed of a country where blacks and whites did not have
differences due to the color of the skin and that together they built a better future.
Obviously, Martin Luther King's speech appeals to the emotions of the population
through their words, metaphors and examples, which are synonymous with making
no difference to any race and character, dreaming of a free and better world,
Without discrimination, with equal opportunities for all.
Luther King manages to include each of the people who were listening to him,
thanks to the direct mentions, citing the cities where they came from, telling their
stories. Saying that only if we leave the differences will we have a better future for
our children.
But if one begins to think; How would racism be today if Martin Luther King had not
intervened? I believe that even black slaves would still exist, bone would be too
unfair. And discrimination would exist even more.
In our present day we can not say that his great dream no longer exists, absolutely
no one who is racist, because there are still people who will be discriminating
against other people because of the color of their skin and other things.
At my young age, I have seen a lot of discrimination, not only because of the color
of the skin, or because of the social classes, but because as you speak, as you
see, who are your relatives, and what is most noticeable, is how You are physically,
that is very marked in society.
