    Bienvenidos a Aprendo en casa para el área de inglés. Tenemos el gran desafío de
    aprender a comunicar en inglés. Vamos a empezar por obtener información de
    textos donde se presentan a personas que realizan algún beneficio a una
    comunidad; luego, adaptar el texto oral a la situación comunicativa. Después,
    recuper-ar información explícita y relevante seleccionando información
    relacionado acciones que realizan en beneficio de su comunidad; seguidamente,
    organizar sus ideas para describir a una peruana o un peruano y las acciones que
    realiza en beneficio de su comunidad para presentarlo. ¡Empecemos!

    El Perú es un país de gran diversidad cultural y el Callao no es la excepción. Existen diversas


    festividades en las diferentes comunidades de nuestra región. Por ejemplo, El día de San
    Pedro y San Pablo, el día de la Salsa y el Aniversario de la Región Callao. Sin embargo, no
    todos conocen estas festividades que tenemos.

    INTI RAYMI: The Festival of the Sun!


    Today we are going to talk about a very interesting festival from
    Peru, that takes us back to the Incan empire.

    Inti Raymi is a traditional festival in Cusco and people celebrate it


    every year in June. Inti Raymi means “fiesta del sol” in Spanish and it
    celebrates the Sun. The sun is very important for Cusco. During this Audio 01
    celebration, there are colorful parades and costumes. It is an
    exciting celebration.

    People participate in the festival in different ways. Most people


    dance, sing and eat traditional local food at this celebration. Many
    tourists come and see this festival. All in all, People love Inti Raymi.

    Come and visit Cusco and participate in Inti Raymi.
