 GENERALIDADES

• El responsable de la lectura de anuncios a los pasajeros

será el Jefe de Cabina (JC), quien velará por que se lean de
forma clara y completa; sin embargo, podrá delegar la
ejecución de estos a un TC, garantizando así que sean
leídos de forma adecuada, excepto los anuncios de
bienvenida y emergencias.

• Los anuncios deben ser leídos en el momento indicado y

de acuerdo con la hora, trayecto y situación específica que
corresponda, no se puede modificar su contenido.

• Aquellos que requieren mayor atención, tales como:

embarque, tránsitos, reabastecimiento de combustible, entre
otros, deberán emitirse máximo 3 veces.

LINEAMIENTOS

Tenga en cuenta las siguientes recomendaciones:

- Indica que el anuncio está escrito en el idioma Español:

- No lea los títulos a los pasajeros

- Los títulos en color verde son anuncios en situación normal

pasillo, las salidas de emergencia y primera fila deben estar

Stow your carry-on baggage in the overhead compartments
or under the seat in front of you. Open carefully the overhead
bins as personal belongings may fall and cause injury to
other passengers. Aisle, emergency exits and the first row
must be clear of luggage.

 5. DEMOSTRACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD.

5.1 USO DEL CINTURON DE SEGURIDAD:

Los invitamos a observar las indicaciones de la
demostración de seguridad.

Para abrochar su cinturón de seguridad, introduzca la punta

de metal en la hebilla y ajústelo halando la correa. Para abrir
levante la parte superior de la hebilla.

Mantenga su cinturón abrochado siempre que la señal de

cinturones esté encendida.

We invite you to pay attention to the safety demonstration.

To fasten your seatbelt, insert the metal part into the buckle
and adjust it by pulling on the strap. To unfasten it, lift the top
of the buckle. Keep your seatbelt fasten during the flight
whenever the seatbelt sing is on. Children under two years
old must be out of the seatbelt.

5.2 SALIDAS DE EMERGENCIA:

Este avión cuenta con 8 salidas de emergencia:

2 puertas en la parte delantera, 4 ventanillas en el sector

central y 2 puertas en la parte posterior.

Cada puerta cuenta con un tobogán como medio de

evacuación.

Un sistema de iluminación de emergencia a lo largo del

pasillo lo guiará hacia las salidas. Localice la salida más
cercana. Puede estar incluso detrás de usted.

This aircraft has eight (8) emergency exits:

Two (2) doors at the front, four (4) windows at the center
area and two (2) doors at the rear end of the cabin.

Each door has a slide that can be used as an evacuation

device.

Emergency lighting systems will lead you to the exits. Locate

your nearest exit, which could be behind you.

5.3 OXÍGENO:

En caso de una pérdida de presión en la cabina, máscaras
de oxígeno caerán automáticamente de la unidad de servicio
ubicada arriba de su silla.
Para usarla hale de ella, colóquela sobre nariz y boca, ajuste
la banda elástica alrededor de su cabeza y respire
normalmente. Colóquese primero su máscara y luego asista
a niños y personas que lo necesiten.

In case of a loss of air pressure in the cabin, oxygen masks
will drop automatically from the passenger service unit above
your seat.
To use it, pull the mask down, put it over your nose and
mouth, adjust the elastic band around your head and breathe
normally. Put your mask on first, and then assist children or
other person if necessary.

5.4 CHALECO SALVAVIDAS:

Su chaleco salvavidas está ubicado debajo de su silla.
En caso de que sea necesario usarlo, sáquelo de la bolsa, y
pase su cabeza por la abertura, abroche la correa alrededor
de su cintura y ajústela.

Infle el chaleco sólo al salir del avión, hágalo halando las
perillas rojas o soplando por los tubos laterales. Una luz
indicadora se encenderá al contacto con el agua.

In case of a water landing, your life vest is located under your
seat, remove it from the bag, pass it over your head and
adjust the strap around your waist. Do not inflate the life vest
inside the aircraft.
Once you have evacuated the aircraft, inflate it by pulling the
red taps or blowing into the tubes. A locator light will activate
in contact with the water.

5.5 TARJETA DE SEGURIDAD:

Para más información, lea la tarjeta de seguridad frente a su
silla o consulte con algún miembro de la tripulación.

For more information, look at the safety card located in the
seat pocket in front of you or ask a Flight Attendant.

5.6 PROHIBICIÓN DE FUMAR Y EQUIPOS ELECTRÓNICOS

Por exigencias de la autoridad aeronáutica, los pasajeros
deben cumplir con las instrucciones de la tripulación,
letreros y señales luminosas.
No está permitido fumar en ningún momento del vuelo, en
ninguna zona del avión.

Está prohibido manipular los detectores humo en los baños.

Artículos electrónicos, incluidos teléfonos celulares y otros
dispositivos deben permanecer en modo avión.
Computadores portátiles, tabletas electrónicas deben estar
apagados y asegurados en los compartimentos superiores o
en el bolsillo frente a usted.

Aviation authorities require you to follow all instructions given
by Crew Members, signs and lights. Smoking on board is
forbidden. Tampering with smoke detectors in lavatories is
against the law.

Electronic devices, including cell phones, must be in airplane

mode. Laptops and tablets must be turned off and secure in
the overhead compartments or in the seat pocket in front of
you.

In preparation for take – off, put your seatback in the upright

position and secure your tray table. Thank you for flying with

6. SEÑAL DE CINTURONES APAGADA Y USO DE EQUIPOS

seatbelt fasten during the flight while seated. From this

desembarque se efectuará a través de:

(Si hay buses) un bus los trasladará al terminal. En caso de

que este alcance su capacidad máxima les solicitamos
permanecer dentro del avión hasta la llegada del próximo
bus. Atiendan y respeten las señales de seguridad de la

Forward stairs / Forward and aft stairs.

15.1 REANUDACIÓN DE USO DE EQUIPOS
ELECTRÓNICOS:

Señores pasajeros: a partir de este momento pueden hacer

uso de los equipos electrónicos a bordo únicamente,
aquellos que cuenten con la tecnología modo avión. Los
demás deben permanecer apagados.

Ladies and gentlemen:

At this moment, electronic devices with airplane mode can
be used; other electronic devices must be turned off.

PREPARACIÓN DE CABINA.

16.1 PREPARACIÓN DE CABINA EN TIERRA:

SI APLICA (DEMOSTRACIÓN DE CHALECOS SALVAVIDAS)

Evacuación en agua

Su chaleco salvavidas está ubicado debajo de su asiento.
Sáquelo ahora, ábralo y póngaselo por la cabeza.
Coloque la cinta alrededor de la cintura, abroche la hebilla
en la parte delantera y ajústela.
¡No infle el chaleco dentro del avión! ¡Repito…NO infle el
chaleco dentro del avión!
Al salir, tire la aleta roja para inflarlo. También puede ser
inflado soplando por los tubos laterales.

Estaremos cerca de ustedes para instruirlos en la colocación

del chaleco salvavidas a infantes y niños.

The lifevest is located underneath your seat. Remove it now,
open it and place life vest over your head. Wrap the strap
around your waist, attach the buckle into the fitting at the front
of the vest and adjust it.
Do not inflate the vest inside of the aircraft. When you leave
the aircraft, you should inflate your vest by pulling the red
tabs. It can also be inflated by blowing into the tubes at each
side.

We will be around to assist with life vests for babies and

children.

Cuando escuchen la orden: POSICION DE IMPACTO,
deberán asumir la siguiente posición:

- Pongan los brazos entrecruzados sobre el respaldar del

asiento frente a ustedes y apoyen la cabeza firmemente

- Si no alcanzan el respaldar del asiento frente a ustedes,

inclínense hacia adelante todo lo que puedan y agárrense
firmemente de los tobillos o entre crucen los brazos
fuertemente debajo de sus piernas. Esta posición la
asumirán cuando escuchen la orden “posición de impacto”
y la mantendrán hasta que el avión se detenga por completo.

Pasaremos explicando la posición de resguardo para bebes

y niños personalmente. Si no han comprendido las
instrucciones, pregúntenos.

When you hear the command in Spanish: POSICION DE
IMPACTO, you must assume the following brace position:

- Cross your arms and place them against the seatback in

front of you, supporting your head between them firmly.

- If you are unable to reach the seatback in front of you, lean

forward as far as possible and grab your ankles firmly or
cross your arms behind your legs. You should remain in this
position from the moment you listen to the command in
Spanish “posición de impacto” until the plane comes to a
full stop.

We will explain the brace position for babies and children in

person. If you have not understood the instructions,
please ask.

move to the nearest exit leaving all your personal belongings
