BAHAN :

3-5 LEMBAR SEAWEED 
 • 1 PCS WORTEL
 • 1 IKAT BAYAM
 • 100 GR JAMUR KUPING
 • 3-4 BUTIR TELUR
 • 1 PCS DANMUJI
 • 1 KALENG LUNCHEON SAPI

1 Pcs TIMUN KYURI

500 GR NASI PUTIH
 • 2 SDM MINYAK WIJEN

1 SDM SOYU / KECAP ASIN

CARA MEMBUAT :
 • 	1.	Campurkan nasi dengan minyak wijen dan soyu, aduk rata
 • 	2.	Kocok lepas telur, dadar telur, angkat lalu sisihkan
 • 	3.	Blanch bayam hingga matang, angkat lalu sisihkan
 • 	4.	Iris tipis wortel dan jamur, tumis sebentar angkat lalu sisihkan
 • 	5.	Potong Kyuri dan luncheon memanjang, pan sear luncheon sampai matang, angkat lalu sisihkan
 • 	6.	Siapkan seaweed, tambahkan nasi lalu ratakan
 • 	7.	Tambahkan semua isian, gulung 
 • 	8.	Oleskan minyak wijen diatasnya, potong kimbab

This Spicy Tuna Kimbap is one of my favorite ways to use canned tuna and is also one of my favorite types of kimbap. It has plenty of crunchy vegetables that give it an amazing texture in every bite. I have left the burdock root and yellow pickled radish as optional, but if you have access to a Korean market, I highly recommend using them.
