Quelque 180 personnes se sont réunies à La Cité francophone d’Edmonton,
le 7 novembre pour participer au Gala Saint-Jean 2015. Les organisateurs
du Gala ont profité de cette soirée pour commémorer la mémoire de deux
généreux donateurs de Saint-Jean qui sont malheureusement décédés en 2015, soit

« SHOWCASE » DU CSJ :
SOUS LE SIGNE DE LA SENSIBILISATION
C’est le mardi 15 mars 2016 que s’est déroulée la 2e édition du « Souper showcase
du CSJ ». Soirée entièrement en anglais, cet événement, qui est une initiative du
Conseil consultatif du Campus Saint-Jean, a permis de sensibiliser des interve-
nants clé à l’établissement universitaire francophone.
Quelque 80 personnes y ont participé, dont le président de l’Université de
l’Alberta, David Turpin, le ministre fédéral de l’Infrastructure et des
Collectivités, et député d’Edmonton-Millwoods, Amarjeet Sohi, le secrétaire
parlementaire de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et député d’Edmonton-
Centre, Randy Boissonnault, le ministre de l’Éducation supérieure et député
d’Edmonton-Gold Bar, Marlin Schmidt, le ministre de la Culture et du
Tourisme, et ministre responsable du Secrétariat francophone, Ricardo
Miranda, et plusieurs autres.
