Fixes #528 and #487
Bumps the dependencies to the next safe version that is compatible with Flutter 1.26. As 1.26 is still in beta and the requires upgrades are incompatible with Flutter < 1.26, we can basically can only merge this in the moment Flutter 1.26 is released to stable.
There are also various nullability-compatible prereleases for our dependencies bu I avoided them if not required. Nullability support is a next step entirely.
