Our current dashboard test is very basic and does not necessarily correspond to the reality of users visiting various pages.
Flesh out these dashboard tests.

Additionally, address test flakes (example).

Idea: consider leveraging https://github.com/chromedp/chromedp and https://hub.docker.com/r/chromedp/headless-shell/
