This prepares for when #8714 is available.

  1. Deploys PRs on pr${{ PR_NUMBER }}.test.cdr.dev
  2. Port forwarding support with CODER_WILDCARD_ACCESS_URL
  3. Installs coder-logstream-kube
  4. Each PR is deployed in a separate namespace.
  5. Supports Kubernetes template

TODO:

  1. Github OAuth
  2. Create the first user, template, and workspace automatically.
  3. Support the Docker template by mounting the docker host and make it public chmod 666 /var/run/docker.sock (not safe)
