Proposed change

Ten months ago, I opened #22140 which was merged today. However, like two days ago, we deprecated the MDI website (redirects will be put in place shortly) and so now some of the changes there were already out of date. This PR updates the incorrect information and then also updates all mentions to MDI.com with the link to our new website.

Type of change

  • Spelling, grammar or other readability improvements (current branch).
  • Adjusted missing or incorrect information in the current documentation (current branch).
  • Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Added documentation for a new feature I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Removed stale or deprecated documentation.

Additional information

  • Link to parent pull request in the codebase:
  • Link to parent pull request in the Brands repository:
  • This PR fixes or closes issue: fixes #

  • This PR uses the correct branch, based on one of the following:

It seems that this PR is targeted against an incorrect branch since it has a parent PR on one of our codebases. Documentation that needs to be updated for an upcoming release should target the next branch. Please change the target branch of this PR to next and rebase if needed.

@frenck Here's the updates to #22140 that you merged a little while ago. This should likely go in ASAP. Even though we're putting redirects in place, they will be dumb redirects so users may get confused following certain links.
