This seems to fix the problem.

There are other failures in eviction that we have not yet solved. But at least this solves the other failures related to pause.

Always seems a bit aggressive. I would expect IfNotPresent will work

Looking at other images in eviction, they were using Always. If you want this, can we do this as one fix rather than one-offs?

The Kubernetes project has merge-blocking tests that are currently too flaky to consistently pass.

This bot retests PRs for certain kubernetes repos according to the following rules:

  • The PR does have any do-not-merge/* labels
  • The PR does not have the needs-ok-to-test label
  • The PR is mergeable (does not have a needs-rebase label)
  • The PR is approved (has cncf-cla: yes, lgtm, approved labels)
  • The PR is failing tests required for merge
