To make it clean and consistent with our other routes, this should probably be hyphenated like concepts/developer-vs-cloud

Also, across the route, the page title, and the first header: we should be consistent with the sequence. Either 1. Rill Cloud, 2. Rill Developer, or 1. Rill Developer, 2. Rill Cloud.
