Description
Travis builds can take an hour to start because they limit open source builds so much. Switch to GitHub Actions to provide the same functionality with faster feedback.
Travis does offer a new OpenSource model with faster build start times, but it is unlikely that the offering will remain free.
What Changed
.github/workflows/continuous_integration.yml: defines the GitHub Actions CI buildREADME.md: replace the Travis build badge with the GitHub Actions build badge.travis.yml: removedtests/units/test_git_path.rb: Do not assume a Windows drive letter. The test assumed drive 'C:' but GitHub Actions run on 'D:'
