In my opinion nothing says I love you more than freshly cooked bread! I hope you enjoy, very simple but follow her steps for the perfect roti!

A few tips to remember
• when you add the oil to the flour mix it around so you almost make a shortbread, rub it into the oil with the salt until combined
• add the water slowly and mix it thoroughly until the bowl is clean and rest for 30 mins
• roll out and then fold into layers and allow to rest for min of 15 minutes.
• keep moving the roti on the hot pan and brushing a bit of oil over it, don’t over cook this as it will keep the roti soft and fluffy
• finally when you remove from the heat place it into a tea towel to retain the softness
