Here’s my go-to routine to keep my hips feeling amazing:

1️⃣ Hip Opener Drill: Shift into one side, let one knee come forward while the other stays back. Feel that gentle stretch? Hold for 10-15 breaths.

2️⃣ Hip Extension Exercise: Lie on the edge of a bed or massage table, hug one leg, dig the other heel back, and breathe deeply for 10-15 breaths on each side.
