This is a great whole body workout with just one dumbell - makes you work extra hard to keep balanced and kicks on the core just that little bit more ✔️

The moves… 

1️⃣ Lateral lunge and row (complete a full set on one side before shifting to the other 
2️⃣ Wide 2nd position plié with a bicep curl at the bottom and the top 
3️⃣ Static lunge with press forward (complete a full set on one side before shifting to the other) 
4️⃣ Stir the pot to overhead tricep extension 
5️⃣ Swing to overhead press 
6️⃣ V-sit with side to side extensions
7️⃣ Weighted deadbug 

Do 2 or 3 rounds 💪🏼, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest Overhead Tricep Extension, Barre Instructor, Side Extension, Whole Body Workouts, Tricep Extension, Lateral Lunges, Overhead Press, Bicep Curls, Turn Ons
