Try These 3 Exercises to Correct Rounded Shoulders:

1️⃣ Wall Angels: Stand with your back against the wall, arms at 90° angles. Slowly slide your arms up and down the wall, keeping your elbows and wrists in contact with it. This exercise activates your upper back muscles, helping to pull your shoulders back into alignment.
