Let’s look at Bulgarian split squats!   Many people do them in a quad-biased fashion, but if we move our foot forward and hinge, we will place more stretch around the glute.  Another movement that so many men do is the leg press!   Changing your stance and putting your feet higher on the platform will focus more on the glutes than the quads  And if you’re doing lunges, instead of doing them with the knee traveling over the toe, you could do stationary reverse lunges and focus on hinging so that you place more stretch around the glute.
