We’ve been experimenting with homemade bagels and they turned out absolutely delicious, so we made a mini version and topped with pizza sauce, cheese & pepperoni for the BEST pizza bagels we’ve ever had!

Of course you do not have to use homemade bagels, but if you’re interested, they’re actually pretty easy to make and they’re great to keep on hand for a snack or quick breakfast! You can store them in the freezer for up to 6 months, so they’re great for meal prep.
