Ingredients: 1) Garlic ( chopped ) 2) 1 onion ( Finely Chopped ) 3) 1/2 Capsicum ( Finely Chopped ) 4) 1/2 Carrot ( Finely chopped) 5) 4 French Beans ( Finely chopped ) 6) Boiled sweet corns  7) 50 Gm Soya chunks  8) 1 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce 9) 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce  10) 1 Tbsp soy sauce 11) Salt and pepper to taste  12) Boiled rice  13) Spring onions and Coriander Leaves to garnish.
