Bentuk alam semesta adalah salah satu pokok pembahasan dalam kosmologi fisik. Berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan oleh Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP), NASA menyatakan bahwa "Kita tahu alam semesta itu datar dengan batas kesalahan 0,4%."[1] Dalam model Friedmann–Lemaître–Robertson–Walker (FLRW), bentuk alam semesta yang dianggap sesuai dengan data pengamatan adalah bentuk yang datar dan tak terbatas,[2] sementara model FLRW lain yang cocok dengan data meliputi ruang dodekahedral Poincaré[3][4] dan tanduk Picard.[5]
