Hiram Rhodes Revels (27 September 1827 – 16 Januari 1901)[note 1] adalah seorang Senator Amerika Serikat dari Partai Republik, pendeta dalam Gereja Episkopal Methodis Afrika, dan administrator perguruan tinggi. Lahir sebagai orang bebas di Carolina Utara ia kemudian tinggal dan bekerja di Ohio, dimana ia dipilih sebelum Perang Saudara. Ia menjadi Afrika Amerika pertama yang menjabat dalam Kongres Amerika Serikat dimana ia terpilih dalam Senat Amerika Serikat sebagai anggota Partai Republik untuk mewakili Mississippi pada 1870 dan 1871 dalam era Rekonstruksi.
