Theodore Clement Steele (11 September 1847 – 24 Juli 1926) adalah seorang pelukis Impresionis Amerika yang dikenal karena lanskap Indiana miliknya. Steele adalah seorang inovator dan pemimpin dalam lukisan American Midwest dan merupakan salah satu pelukis Hoosier Group Indiana yang paling terkenal. Selain melukis, Steele menyumbangkan tulisan, kuliah umum, dan jam pengabdian masyarakat pada juri seni yang menyeleksi entri untuk pameran nasional dan internasional, terutama Universal Exposition (1900) di Paris, Prancis, dan Pameran Pembelian Louisiana (1904) di Saint Louis, Missouri. Ia juga terlibat dalam mengorganisir asosiasi seni perintis, seperti Society of Western Artists.
